A traditional Chinese green tea made from young, tender leaves harvested in early spring and carefully scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. The leaves are then hand-rolled into delicate pearls that slowly unfurl when steeped. The result is a smooth, light and aromatic cup, balancing the fresh, vegetal character of green tea with the delicate floral sweetness of jasmine. A refined tea that celebrates traditional craftsmanship and the beauty of a carefully prepared infusion.
