Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Origin Coffee Roasting does not make any warranties or representations that content and services available from the website and apps shall in all cases be true, correct, or free from any errors.

Origin Coffee Roasting shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of content available from the website and apps.

We reserve the right to reject the return of products that are not returned in accordance with this policy procedure. We may request that you pay delivery charges to return such goods back to you.

Items marked as “SALE” will be refunded or exchanged to the value of the sale price paid.

For credit card and EFT refunds, different banking institutions have different lead times and can take 3-13 working days to reflect in your account.

Origin Coffee Roasting may make promotional codes available to customers who may use these to obtain a discount on a purchase. Please note that specific terms and conditions apply and regulate when and how promotional codes may be used.

The following terms and conditions apply standard to our promotional codes:

• Discount and promotional codes are only valid for one purchase by one user.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout when placing your order – they cannot be applied after the order has been confirmed.
• Unless specified otherwise, discount codes may not be applied to items already on sale or in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
• All promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited period and may be subject to expire without prior notification.
• Discount codes are not refundable. Any items bought with a discount applied will be refunded the value of the payment applied to the items, and the promo code will not be reinstated for the value applied to the item. We may reissue a discount if the item is refunded due to an error caused by Origin Coffee Roasting or a product defect.
