Shipping
policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours as long as the order is placed before 2pm. All orders placed on a weekend will be processed from the following Monday. Delays can be expected in the case of courier issues or restrictions in which case we will communicate with you. Some equipment items may require an additional 24 hours processing time.

All of our deliveries are via 3rd party courier partners. Costs and delivery timelines are as follows:

Upon order completion, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number from our courier partner.

We ship to all countries within courier reach. Timing and fees are dependent on

Origin Coffee Roasting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
