This exceptional micro-lot originates from the scenic municipality of Palestina in southern Huila, Colombia. A region celebrated as part of the New Coffee Triangle. Grown at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 MASL, amidst lush mountain landscapes, this coffee showcases standout varieties like SL28, nurtured by the region’s unique terroir.

Processed using a natural anaerobic method, the whole cherries undergo fermentation in oxygen-free tanks, intensifying the coffee’s complexity and flavor. They are then meticulously dried to preserve their distinctive profile.
